Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Receivable:

  • Perform Accounts Receivables and Payables reconciliation.
  • Record and process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
  • Maintain vendor ledgers and handle debit/credit notes.
  • Verify POs (Purchase Orders), GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and purchase bills, including import purchases.

Ledger Analysis & Reconciliation:

  • Conduct regular ledger analysis and vendor account reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements.
  • Reconcile purchase registers with GSTR-2A/2B and resolve mismatches.

GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance:

  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B, etc.).
  • Manage TDS deduction, deposit and returns filing (Form 24Q, 26Q, 16A).
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
  • Track and reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) with vendor filings.

Reporting & Audit Support:

  • Assist in monthly closing, journal entries and audit preparation.
  • Support statutory and internal audits with required schedules and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements, stock statements and management reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance (B.Com / M.Com or related field).
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, stock statement preparation and Indian accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, Zoho Books or similar accounting software. \
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
