Job Description

As a General Ledger Accountant, your role involves maintaining and reconciling the general ledger. This includes preparing subsidiary accounts, trial balance, and reconciling entries. Additionally, you will be responsible for summarizing the financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions - Resolve discrepancies in accounts - Perform reconciliation of Bank Accounts and verify purchase orders - Support internal control processes and documentation - Arrange financial audits and reviews as required - Coordinate with branches regarding banking and finance-related operations - Develop monthly and annual financial reports and statements - Prepare MIS reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts Qualifications Required: - Total work experience of 3 years (Preferred) - GST Filing experience of 2 years (Preferred) - Accounting experience of 3 years (Preferred) In this role, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis.
