Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, technical specifications, and timelines.
• Report project updates, milestones, and potential risks to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, survey reports, and other technical documents to guide construction activities.
• Plan and oversee allocation of resources, materials, and equipment to ensure optimal project efficiency.
• Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve on-site challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure compliance with engineering, design, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, and Subcontractors for smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards.
• Identify potential project risks and implement preventive measures to avoid delays, cost overruns, and safety issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation — progress reports, site diaries, quality checklists, and change orders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in managing and supervising large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, GIS, and related engineering software.
• Strong understanding of Indian Building Codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Sound knowledge of sustainable construction practices and environmental standards.
• Experience in budgeting, estimation, and cost control.
• Working knowledge of Mivon technology preferred.
• Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. (Diploma holders not eligible.)
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in construction, including 4–5 years in a senior site engineering or equivalent leadership role.

Compensation

• Salary: No bar for the right candidate.
