Senior Engineer (Civil)

As a Senior Civil Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish. Your role will involve overseeing the design process, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing project budgets and schedules, and mentoring junior engineers. Your expertise in civil engineering, strong leadership skills, and dedication to delivering high-quality projects will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards. - Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. - Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. - Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives effectively. - Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. - Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them effectively. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects. - Proven track record of successfully managing and completing large-scale projects. - Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.
