Job Description

As an Engagement Manager at Axis Bank, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for the bank, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction. You will identify and pursue business opportunities within Axis Bank, maintain a consistent funnel of IT engagements, and develop strategies that align with the bank's objectives. Your responsibilities will also include preparing compelling business proposals, monitoring engagement progress, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for Axis Bank, ensuring strong, positive relationships and customer satisfaction. - Identify, explore, and pursue various business opportunities within Axis Bank to generate new business. - Develop and maintain a consistent funnel of IT engagements, ensuring a steady flow of business opportunities. - Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders at Axis Bank, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable plans. - Work closely with the internal team to develop strategies that align with Axis Bank's objectives and drive mutual growth. - Prepare and present compelling business proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations. - Monitor and report on the progress of engagements, providing regular updates to both the client and internal management. - Collect and analyze feedback from Axis Bank to continuously improve services and solutions offered. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in an engagement or business development role, preferably within the IT or financial services sector. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Solid understanding of technology and IT services, with the ability to discuss and promote tech solutions effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify opportunities and devise effective strategies. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing client needs and market conditions. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
