Requirements:

-B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.

-Design experience of 2+ years, site experience of 1+ years and total experience of 5+ years.

-Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

-Must-have: Practical experience with AUTOCAD software, Building Electrical System Design and Calculations.

-Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

-Strong multitasking ability.

Responsibilities:

-Contribute to the design and development of electrical systems, components, and circuitry from concept to completion.

-Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, single-line diagrams, and other engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium Designer, OrCAD).

-Perform necessary calculations (e.g., load calculations, voltage drop, short circuit, arc flash, grounding, -lighting levels) to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant designs.

-Perform simulations and analyses to validate designs, predict performance, and identify potential issues

-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during design, testing, installation, and commissioning phases.

-Analyse existing electrical systems and propose cost-effective improvements or upgrades.

-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and adherence to project schedules and budgets.

-Coordinate design activities with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, structural, architectural, software, civil, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.

-Liaise directly with clients, understanding their requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.

-Attend project meetings, provide technical updates, and address client and stakeholder concerns.

-Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs).

-Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications, reports, and compliance records.

-Participate in design reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring design quality.

-Act as a technical resource within the team, sharing knowledge and best practices
