Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our digital retail operations, with a strong focus on marketplace performance, website management, and marketing initiatives. As part of one of the leading electronic retail brands, you will be responsible for overseeing product listings, inventory, promotions, and digital campaigns across both third-party marketplaces and our own e-commerce website. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations: Manage listings and pricing for electronic products on marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) and the company’s website. Maintain up-to-date product information including specs, images, stock availability, and offers. Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. Analyze sales trends and consumer behavior to improve performance across platforms. Website Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website. Work with web developers/designers to update banners, homepage content, and landing pages. Ensure smooth user experience (UX), website speed, and mobile optimization. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate fixes as needed. Marketing & Campaigns: Plan and execute online campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with the marketing team. Handle marketplace ads (sponsored listings, deals, and lightning offers) to increase visibility and conversions. Coordinate digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, Google Ads, and social media promotions. Track and report campaign performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, ROI, and customer engagement. Customer & Competitor Insights: Monitor competitor pricing, positioning, and promotions to maintain competitive advantage. Address customer reviews and feedback across platforms to improve ratings and brand trust. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce (preferably in electronics or consumer tech). Working knowledge of marketplace seller portals (Amazon Flipkart etc.). Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce analytics tools. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools. Basic knowledge of SEO and image editing (Photoshop, Canva). Prior experience in electronics or consumer durable categories.
