Senior Drilling Solutions Engineer

As a Drilling Solutions Engineer at NOV Reedhycalog in Mumbai, India, your role will involve customer-facing engineering tasks such as identifying new opportunities, expanding product development, and maximizing profitability for accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with customer accounts personnel, delivering technology presentations and training sessions, and monitoring customer issues and feedback to ensure effective handling. Additionally, you will support sales by qualifying opportunities, creating technical evaluations, and reviewing customer orders. Your reporting duties will include creating application maps, maintaining product offering maps, capturing tool performance data, and developing case histories for internal and external use. You will also be involved in operations, product development, and quality system activities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Petroleum preferred) with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar position. Excellent presentation and communication skills, in-depth knowledge about drill-bits and drilling operations, and strategic thinking abilities are essential. You should also possess strong organizational skills, the ability to apportion time effectively, quick learning capabilities, and confidence when representing the company.
