Senior Director / Vice President Imaging Operations Asia (India)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Define, optimize, and enforce imaging operations processes, training, oversight, and performance management across the portfolio.
• Build and evolve org structure; attract, mentor, and develop high-performing supervisors and staff.
• Establish and maintain robust study-level procedures; verify training effectiveness and adherence.
• Provide close operational oversight with clear escalation paths and timely issue resolution.
• Partner with technical/IT teams to develop, validate, and maintain study-support systems and tools.
• Coordinate seamlessly with adjacent functions (project management, data, quality, medical, finance) to align priorities, resources, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, accreditations, GCP/ICH guidance, and internal QMS.
• Collaborate with Finance/Executive teams on forecasting, revenue recognition, and cost control for operational line items.
• Represent Operations in client meetings, audits, and inspections; deliver accurate status and performance reporting.
• Perform other leadership duties as assigned.
  

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree (Business, Healthcare Management, or Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in clinical research operations with substantial leadership responsibility (12+ years preferred for VP).
• 6+ years directly in clinical imaging operations within CRO/sponsor settings (10+ years preferred for VP).

• Quality-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-reliable; comfortable under pressure.
• High integrity with strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Proficient with office productivity suites and clinical/imaging study systems.
