Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading quality and performance engineering teams in India, defining quality strategies, improving operational processes, ensuring product performance standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will require strong leadership, technical acumen, and experience in managing cross-functional teams across global regions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with multi-functional teams, architects, product owners, and engineering managers. - Make critical decisions that contribute to the success of the product and proactively address potential issues. - Partner with Product Management to align objectives, priorities, and risks. - Lead and mentor a high-performing team of quality/performance engineers and operational staff in India. - Develop and execute quality strategies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement plans. - Collaborate with senior leadership globally to align quality and performance objectives with business goals. - Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system. - Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects and performance bottlenecks. - Develop and implement metrics to measure performance, efficiency, and scalability. - Drive performance optimization initiatives using data analytics and KPIs. - Work closely with R&D, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance organizational processes and products. Qualifications Required: - A related technical degree is required. - 12+ years of experience leading software engineering teams on fast-paced projects. - Experience with large scale distributed systems, microservices, and distributed architecture. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills. - Ability to work with minimal specifications, short release cycles, and full software lifecycle. - Experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading engineers. - Proficiency in software engineering best practices, Agile methodologies, and communicating with technical teams and product management. - Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, enterprise architecture principles, and cloud-based product performance is preferred. - Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and experience with performance measurement tools. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels. - Familiarity with automation tools and modern Quality practices is a plus.,
