As a Mechatronics R&D Lead within our organization, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechatronic hardware systems for our products. You will be leading a team to deliver robust, efficient, and reliable hardware solutions that meet product specifications and market requirements. Your key responsibilities will include adopting and applying appropriate technical and quality standards, communicating effectively with stakeholders, identifying cost reduction methodologies, and ensuring alignment of the Hardware Requirements Specification with project goals. You will also be responsible for the reliable design of Electrical/Embedded hardware systems, timely delivery of design documents, and procurement follow-ups with the Supply Chain Management team. In addition, you will be involved in planning, managing, and coordinating projects to meet required specifications and objectives, controlling project scope changes, expediting supplier deliveries, identifying areas for hardware innovations, and conducting lessons learned activities to drive continuous improvements. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in managing and mentoring a team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and allocating tasks based on individual skills and expertise. Your ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of team members and effectively manage resources will be essential for ensuring the success of the team and project outcomes.
