Job Summary: We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Expert to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices, and will be responsible for generating leads, improving online presence, and driving customer engagement across our IT product suite. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings Lead content strategy including blogs, landing pages, emailers, and case studies, in collaboration with content and product teams Drive lead generation and conversion through marketing automation tools and targeted campaigns Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and campaign dashboards; optimise for better ROI Manage social media marketing and brand visibility across platforms Execute retargeting campaigns and A/B testing for paid ads and landing pages Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to recommend new growth strategies Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to align marketing with business goals Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field 2–3 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or IT product/services environment Solid understanding of digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and automation Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, SEMrush, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Experience in marketing SaaS or enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRMS) Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta, or similar platforms Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
