We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Social Media Marketing Cum Online Bidding Executive to join our IT software company. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our social media presence, create engaging content, and actively participate in online bidding platforms to generate business leads and projects. This dual role requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of online bidding platforms relevant to IT software services. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing: Manage social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others. Create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content tailored to target audiences Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries promptly, and engage with followers to build a strong community. Track and analyze social media metrics to optimise campaign performance and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs). Stay updated on latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the IT software industry. Online Bidding: Identify and register on relevant online bidding and freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, IT tender portals). Prepare and submit compelling and customized bids/proposals for IT software projects, including RFPs and RFQs. Work with the technical and sales teams to gather project details and tailor bids accordingly. Track the status of submitted bids and follow up to increase the chances of winning contracts. Maintain a database of bids, projects, and client communications for reporting and analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media marketing and online bidding preferably in the IT/software sector. Strong understanding of social media platforms, online bidding processes, and client engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive proposals and marketing content. Good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Preferred (but not mandatory): Familiarity with IT software development life cycle and common technologies (e.g., SaaS, ERP, mobile apps). Prior experience in sales support or business development.
