Job Description:
Ohmsakthi Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Lead to oversee and drive our digital presence across our prestigious hospitality brands, including Hotel Anandha Inn and Grand Hotel D’Europe. The ideal candidate should bring proven experience in hotel industry digital marketing, with a strong grip on social media platforms, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and brand positioning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and direct bookings.
• Lead content planning, creation, and management for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Design and monitor paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) focused on the hospitality sector.
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Coordinate with the creative and hotel operations teams to align marketing with guest experience and seasonal promotions.
• Optimize hotel presence on OTA platforms, Google My Business, and travel review sites.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports with ROI insights and growth strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies in hospitality digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, SEO tools, and email marketing tools.
• Strong portfolio of successful hotel marketing campaigns and social media growth.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
• Knowledge of web trends, booking funnel optimization, and guest behavior online.
