The Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead performance-driven campaigns that engage enterprise buyers and generate high-quality pipeline. This role is perfect for an analytical, hands-on B2B marketer who thrives on using data to fuel growth, scale international campaigns, and collaborate with cross-cultural teams to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across paid media, automation, and analytics to meet MQL, SQL, and pipeline goals.
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (search, social, display, retargeting, programmatic) with a clear focus on performance metrics and ROI.
- Lead full-funnel strategy and optimization from awareness to conversion ensuring seamless buyer journeys, precise audience targeting, and continuous improvement of pipeline quality and velocity.
- Drive performance improvements across all channels paid, organic, and ABM by applying rigorous testing, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making to maximize impact, efficiency, and ROI at scale.
- Develop targeted journeys by region, buyer persona, and industry, in collaboration with content, communications, and sales teams.
- Run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives using tools like LinkedIn Matched Audiences, intent platforms, and custom audience strategies.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS, pipeline contribution) to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Stay ahead of global digital marketing trends, tools, and innovations to maximize campaign performance and competitive advantage.
Key Requirements
- 5 7 years of B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven success managing international or regional campaigns with measurable results.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pardot, SEO/SEM tools.
- Strong analytics skills with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of data infrastructure and tracking (e.g., Google Tag Manager) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of B2B funnels, demand generation, and sales marketing alignment.
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for measurement, optimization, and experimentation.
