Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
2. SEO & SEM
Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic rankings.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
3. Content Marketing & Social Media
Create and oversee content strategies for blogs, social media, email marketing, and more.
Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries.
4. Email & CRM Marketing
Design and implement email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
Segment email lists and personalizes campaigns for better engagement.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track performance.
Provide reports on key metrics like traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
6. Other Responsibilities
Stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators.
Manage influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing programs.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Experience with digital tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
