Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of online marketing strategies, campaign execution, analytics, lead generation, and team management. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in paid ads, SEO, content planning, and marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant networks.
  • Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, and ranking improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards) and optimize based on insights.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and brand storytelling across digital channels.
  • Lead email marketing and automation campaigns for nurturing leads and improving conversion rates.
  • Manage and guide the digital marketing team, ensuring execution meets brand and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to maintain message consistency and campaign alignment.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, dashboards, and ROI analysis for management review.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and competitors to improve digital performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in managing paid marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, email automation, and remarketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
