Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Manager/Director to oversee and lead multiple internal teams, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of all customer digital marketing outputs. The ideal candidate has proven digital marketing expertise and superior leadership skills to drive operational excellence and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Management: Directly manage and mentor multiple teams (e.g., Content, Social Media, SEO, Performance) to ensure efficient workflow, resource allocation, and timely project completion.
• Operational Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery process for client projects, ensuring all customer outputs meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Client Engagement & Pitching: Represent the agency in high-stakes client meetings, lead content pitching, strategy development, and planning sessions, requiring frequent travel to customer locations.
• Strategic Expertise: Maintain excellent technical knowledge of current digital marketing trends, social media possibilities, and platform changes to inform and guide team strategies.
• Communication & Reporting: Serve as a high-level internal and external communicator, translating client needs into actionable team plans and reporting progress and results effectively.
• Flexibility: Must be flexible with working hours and available for client travel as required by the business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a Digital Marketing Manager/Director role or equivalent senior management position within the digital field.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience successfully leading and managing three or more cross-functional teams concurrently.
• Technical Acumen: Expert-level knowledge of current social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, and performance marketing strategies.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (proven pitching experience is a must).
• Availability: Must be flexible with working hours and possess the willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings and strategy sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
