Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns via Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM tools.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to support marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, and major ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications.
• Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
