Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
• Perform in-depth keyword research and support content teams in optimizing for search rankings.
• Oversee social media strategy, including content scheduling, performance tracking, and engagement improvement.
• Implement and maintain a backlinking strategy to improve site authority and rankings.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs to track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Run email marketing campaigns using segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to improve engagement and conversions.
• Drive targeted lead generation strategies to support the sales pipeline and increase conversions.
• Stay current with the latest digital trends, tools, and algorithms, and apply best practices to all digital efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support junior marketing staff when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (both written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A proactive and data-driven mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
