About the Role:

As the Design Lead at DTDC, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of the brand across all channels. You will lead creative design initiatives that support brand building, digital marketing, campaigns, events, and internal communication. This role requires a balance of hands-on design expertise and leadership skills to manage projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure a consistent and high-quality design language across touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve DTDC’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, retail, and partner communications.
  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of design for marketing campaigns, product launches, brand films, social media, website, and internal communications.
  • Translate strategic marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Channel, and International teams to develop creative assets tailored for diverse markets.
  • Manage design workflows, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Supervise external agencies, freelancers, and production partners as needed.
  • Introduce fresh design ideas, formats, and tools to make DTDC’s communication more dynamic (motion graphics, UI/UX, video editing, etc.).
  • Mentor and guide junior designers or interns to build a strong in-house design capability.


Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or senior design role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across branding, digital campaigns, and multimedia design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant tools.
  • Understanding of motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX principles is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for storytelling and bringing brand purpose to life through design.
