Role Overview

Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
machine learning models
for customer segmentation, churn prediction, retention, and personalization.
Contribute to advanced analytics projects such as
Customer 360
and
Revenue Management Systems
.
Validate and monitor models for accuracy, drift, and performance across large datasets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MarTech, Digital, Commercial) to integrate AI models into platforms and workflows.
Establish model governance, retraining, and QA frameworks to maintain reliability.
Develop dashboards, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to model validation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in
Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
.
4–8 years
of experience in data science, machine learning, and model validation.
Proficiency in
Python
,
SQL
, and ML frameworks such as
scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
.
Hands-on experience with
Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
.
Strong understanding of
Churn Prediction, Predictive Analytics, and Customer 360
solutions.
Experience in
QA and drift monitoring frameworks
for ML models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior team leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
