Our on-site analytics hub in India transforms raw data into actionable insights, leveraging cloud data platforms, modern BI stacks, and agile methodologies—all while maintaining rigorous data governance and security standards. Role & Responsibilities Own end-to-end analytics projects: requirements gathering, data preparation, modelling, and insight delivery. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and Python scripts for data exploration and pipeline automation. Create interactive dashboards and self-service reports in Power BI/Tableau that surface KPIs and predictive trends to senior stakeholders. Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses, quantify impact, and guide business strategy. Collaborate with Data Engineers to refine ETL workflows, ensure data quality, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks. Present findings to cross-functional teams, translating technical results into clear, commercially relevant recommendations. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytics role. Expert-level SQL plus hands-on Python for data manipulation and automation. Proven track record building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Solid grounding in statistics, hypothesis testing, and regression techniques. Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse). Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Background in retail, fintech, or e-commerce analytics. Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools. Knowledge of predictive modelling, ML frameworks, or R.
