Senior Data Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst with 1 - 3 years of verifiable experience in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data, thrives on solving complex problems, and enjoys turning data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

If you have prior experience in lending or with a Fintech or NBFC, thats a strong plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases
• Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and automation tasks
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Create and maintain Excel models and tools to support various business functions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all platforms
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required

Required Skills:

• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries
• Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboards and DAX calculations
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros
• Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Fintech or with an NBFC
• Familiarity with financial datasets and lending or credit analytics
• Understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts
