Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Analyst to join our

team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in

performance marketing and digital analytics. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing,

data-driven, and has a strong desire to learn about optimizing campaigns to drive business

growth.


Responsibilities:


Performance Analysis:

● Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Excel and SQL to identify trends,

insights, and areas for improvement.

● Track key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates to

measure campaign effectiveness.


Reporting & Optimization:

● Create detailed reports to share insights with the team and recommend actionable

optimizations for future campaigns.

● Support budget allocation and prioritization of resources for campaigns based on data

insights.


Data Management & Troubleshooting:

● Assist in managing and maintaining marketing datasets to ensure accurate

performance tracking.

● Troubleshoot any issues in data accuracy or performance reporting and collaborate

with relevant teams to resolve them.


Market Research & Strategy:

● Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing automation, ad platforms, and

customer acquisition strategies.

● Contribute to brainstorming sessions to implement innovative ideas for campaign

optimization.


Preferred Skills:

● Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts such as CPC, CPA, ROI,

and customer engagement strategies.

● Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.

● Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and visualization (e.g., pivot tables,

VLOOKUPs, charts).

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Eagerness to learn and stay updated on marketing performance trends and tools.


Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech (Preferred computer Science)


Experience

2+ years of experience, preferred in e-commerce analytics (Preferably in Revenue / Growth /

Digital Marketing)
