Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team

   of data analysts, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of 

  complex SQL queries

   and data models for business insights.
• Drive the creation and automation of 

  dashboards and analytical reports

   using tools such as 

  Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel

  .
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define, maintain, and evaluate 

  KPIs and business metrics

   that drive strategic and product decisions.
• Ensure 

  data accuracy, governance, and standardization

   across multiple systems and sources.
• Translate data findings into 

  strategic recommendations and presentations

   for senior leadership.
• Monitor user behavior, performance trends, and product metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Establish 

  best practices and frameworks

   for analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with technology teams on 

  data integration, ETL processes

  , and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum 9

  years of professional experience

   in data analytics, with at least 

  2 years in a leadership or team management role

  .
• Strong proficiency in 

  SQL

   (preferably MSSQL) with proven ability to handle large datasets and complex queries.
• Expertise in 

  data visualization tools

   such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards, and automation).
• Hands-on experience or deep understanding of 

  Mixpanel

   or similar event-based analytics tools.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and managing 

  KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks

  .
• Exceptional 

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication

   skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a 

  fast-paced, agile environment

  .

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in 

  Python or R

   for advanced data analysis and automation.
• Experience with event-based or product analytics tools such as 

  Amplitude

   or 

  Segment

• Background in 

  data modeling, ETL pipelines
