Description
The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive engagement with target audiences. Creative Design: Lead the design and production of marketing materials such as mailers, banners, digital ads, and other collateral. Website Promotions: Manage and optimize website promotions, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and drives conversions. Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, design, and execute paid ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, etc.). Monitor performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI. Email Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including promotional mailers, newsletters, and product updates, ensuring a high level of engagement. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance through key metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.). Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Service, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Implement innovative strategies and best practices to stay ahead of the competition. Conduct A/B tests: in order to iterate and optimize campaign initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, creative design, and campaign management. Strong proficiency in marketing tools i.e. email marketing software, Google Ads, etc. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus Excellent communication and project management skills A keen eye for detail and quality. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in a startup or the venture capital space is a plus.
