Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Experience: 6+ years in IT, with at least 5+ years in data analytics or business intelligence roles.

Shift: 3 pm to 11 pm IST, Monday to Friday
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Must-Have Skills: SQL, Python, Looker, and AWS

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading technical analysis of large and complex datasets, ensuring data integrity, and transforming business challenges into actionable insights. The Senior Data Analyst will play a key role in building dashboards, developing statistical models, and fostering a strong data-driven culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities - Technical Leadership
● Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.● Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.● Apply statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and advanced analytics to support decision-making.● Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Looker (or other BI tools).
● Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and provide data-driven recommendations.● Conduct root cause analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.● Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data used for analysis.● Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data requirements and metrics, Client & Stakeholder Communication.● Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.● Proactively analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.● Continuously review problems to determine root causes and prevent future issues.● Actively ensure the implementation of organizational culture, processes, and standards.

Required Skills:
BI Tools: Proven expertise in Looker (or similar BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI).
Databases: SQL is mandatory and rest would be an added advantage MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Relational databases
Programming Language: Python is mandatory rest will be an added advantage JavaScript, Golang
Cloud-based Infrastructure: AWS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year

• Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
