Senior Data Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all reporting across SQL and Tableau, analyze our MSSQL database, and generate insightful reports. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Head of Data to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, SQL expertise, and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our MSSQL database.
• Build and automate interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau and Excel.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs aligned with business and product goals.
• Ensure high data quality through validation and structuring from various internal sources.
• Deliver concise and insightful reporting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analyze data trends and user behavior to support strategic decisions and product development.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills with experience in MSSQL databases.

• Experience with Tableau for creating dashboards and reports.

• Ability to define and track KPIs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
