Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Solution Architect who will act as the technical anchor for all cybersecurity tenders and RFP-driven opportunities.

This person will:

• Understand complex customer requirements

• Design complete architectures (HLD & LLD)

• Build technical solutions across SOC, OT, TI, DFIR, Zero Trust, Cloud, VAPT ecosystems

• Define BoQs, sizing, OEM selections, and costing

• Drive technical compliance and support the bid team end-to-end

This is a mission-critical strategic role that will directly impact our ability to win large cybersecurity deals (₹20 Cr – ₹500 Cr).

Key Responsibilities:

1. RFP/Tender Analysis

• Review RFPs, RFIs, and tenders in detail

• Perform gap analysis, compliance matrices, and clarifications

• Identify feasibility, risks, and solution boundaries

2. Solution Architecture & Design

• Create HLDs, LLDs, network diagrams, workflows, and architecture blueprints

• Design end-to-end solutions across:

• SOC (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, UEBA, NDR, TI, Log Management)

• OT/ICS security

• Cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP)

• Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, SASE, CASB, DLP

• Red/Blue/Purple Team ecosystems

• Digital Forensics & Cybercrime infra

• Align solutions to CIS, NIST, MITRE, ISO frameworks

3. Pricing & BoQ Ownership

• Prepare complete BoQ (licenses, hardware, software, services, manpower)

• Work with OEMs to finalize sizing, product selection, and pricing

• Prepare cost sheets, margin sheets, implementation timelines

• Right OEM selection & negotiations for better pricing

4. Proposal & Bid Support

• Write all technical content required for proposals

• Validate solution sections of the final bid

• Participate in pre-bid meetings, presentations, and customer workshops

• Work with internal teams to build competitive, compliant solutions

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with SOC, VAPT, DFIR, OT, Cloud teams for solution validation

• Engage with OEM partners to align product-based solutions

• Support delivery teams on architecture feasibility

6. Knowledge Management

• Maintain updated architecture templates, sizing models, and solution documents

• Build reusable frameworks to speed up future tenders

• Track cybersecurity technology advancements

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise

• 7–15 years in cybersecurity presales, architecture or consulting

• Strong knowledge in at least two areas:

• SOC / SIEM / SOAR / EDR / UEBA

• OT/ICS security

• IAM/PAM

• Threat Intelligence

• Digital Forensics

• Cloud security

• Ability to size solutions (EPS, storage, assets, compute, network flows)

RFP/Tender-Specific Skills

• Demonstrated experience in large-scale tenders (₹20 Cr to ₹500 Cr)

• Strong documentation, solution writing, and proposal-building skills

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving approach

• Ability to work under tight timelines with attention to detail
