Role Summary

You’ll own GoKwik’s Checkout and Merchant Experience suite, driving merchant adoption, conversion, and satisfaction. The role requires data-driven problem-solving, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of merchant needs to shape scalable solutions that impact business outcomes.

What You’ll Own

Partner with sales and account teams to translate merchant needs into actionable product requirements.
Analyze feature updates, run experiments, and optimize conversion rates.
Generate insights from cross-functional data to drive growth and retention.
Build strong, long-term relationships with merchants.
Track and report key metrics related to adoption, conversion, and performance.
Collaborate with Engineering, Business, and Operations to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify trends and inform product strategies.

Who You Are

3–5 years in data-driven roles in Ad-Tech, Fin-Tech, or E-Commerce.
Experienced in B2B SaaS product management or customer-facing analytical roles.
Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, or tools like Metabase.
Customer-obsessed, structured, and outcome-focused.
Excellent communicator capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
