Senior Credit Analyst

CHIEF RESPONSIBILITIES

· Carry out due diligence for large corporate customers (large companies, listed/unlisted)

· In-depth financial analysis, business model review, management risk analysis

· Working on cashflow based excel models, Analyzing cashflows and WC

· Review of annual reports, borrower/promoter background

· Review of term sheets/sanction letters and suggest terms to be incorporated in the same for both fund

based and non-fund based products

· Review of Credit notes and guide team in analysis, decision making

· Interaction with various stakeholders (internal and external) for review of such customers

· Review of internal rating of customers and assign rating

· Review Early warning triggers

· Prepare recommendation notes and recommend proposals to top management

· Involvement in Management level meetings/discussion

· Up-to-date with industry dynamics and changing environment

· Keep up to date with various RBI circulars critical from wholesale lending perspective

· Adherence to Bank internal policy, deviations to be reviewed adequately

· Being sensitives to Bank’s Business requirements

· Team player, handling resources

· Discussion of observations with Seniors – RCH/ZCH/NCH

· Assessment of Credit Proposal / Case for his respective location / region

· Presentation of key observations to Senior Management on periodic basis

· Managing a team & drive the results/ goals set for self & Team

Core Responsibilities:

Assessment of credit proposal, Review cases as per credit Policy Parameters, Documentation check, analysis of observations for necessary correction in credit appraisal

· Preparing CAM / Report which highlights the quality of information, which helps the decisioning of cases are senior level.

· Monitoring of delinquency, exceptions, portfolio movement. · Maintaining data as required by the Senior Management

· Understanding Banking product , policies , loans. § To be conversant with SME Loan Products

Minimum Qualifications:

§ CA/ MBA from a reputed institute

Exp:

Minimum of 6 years of work experience in credit evaluation in a Bank (Not NBFC)

Nature of Experience:

Credit Evaluation in any Bank

Technical Competencies:

Financial Analysis and Market knowledge of industry segment
