Senior Creative Strategist

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Creative Strategist to join our team in an onsite role in North Delhi.

The salary for this full-time position is ₹50,000-₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to take a leading role in our agency's creative and strategic direction.

About the Role

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you'll be the creative and strategic heartbeat of our agency.

You'll be a hands-on leader, directly managing and mentoring a team of junior staff while also serving as the primary point of contact for your clients.

Your mission will be to develop innovative, data-driven social media strategies and creative concepts that drive brand growth and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive social media and content strategies for assigned clients, aligning with their business goals and target audiences.

Creative Leadership: Lead the creative process from ideation to final execution. You'll work closely with designers and copywriters to ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and impactful.

Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for your clients, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on campaign performance and strategic direction.

Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of Jr. Social Media Managers and interns, delegating tasks, providing feedback, and fostering their professional growth.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, using insights to refine strategies and deliver clear, actionable reports to clients.

Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our agency's creative work fresh and effective.

Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a social media, creative, or strategic role, preferably within a creative agency.

Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills are a must.

Mindset: A creative problem-solver with a passion for storytelling and a data-driven approach to strategy.
