Senior Content Writer & Social Media Strategist

• Write and edit platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website, emailers, and blogs.
• Develop high-impact thought-leadership posts focused on educational innovation.
• Script video reels, alumni success stories, student showcases etc

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, etc.) for ideation, first drafts, tone optimization, and campaign planning.
• Integrate AI-based SEO strategies: keyword research, on-page performance, and analytics-driven content optimization.

• Lead the LinkedIn strategy—weekly posts, carousels, newsletters, and creator-mode features.
• Develop monthly content calendars, viral hooks, and storytelling frameworks for Instagram and Facebook.
• Analyze post metrics (CTR, impressions, engagement) and evolve content based on insights.

• Work cross-functionally with Admissions, Studio, and Alumni teams for content mining.
• Contribute to campaign ideation with design/video/production teams.

• Track evolving trends in AI, education, social media formats, and storytelling frameworks.
• Present monthly trendboards, competitor insights, and creative strategy reports to the leadership.

• Bachelor's in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

• 5+ years

  of experience in content writing and social media strategy (agency or educational brand preferred).
• Expert command of

  LinkedIn strategy

  —pulse posts, carousels, newsletters, creator mode.
• Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Jasper, MidJourney prompt structuring).
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics and keyword tools.
• Flawless written English, adaptable tone, storytelling finesse, and detail orientation.

• Experience in higher-ed marketing or youth-centric branding.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, basic video editing, and carousel design.
• Understanding of HTML/CMS (WordPress, HubSpot).
