We are seeking a dedicated Content Writer to join our content team and help shape the future of storytelling through short-form video.

Job Summary: As the Creative Producer, you will be pivotal in selecting and curating high-quality dramatic content that meets the tastes and preferences of our users. Your role will focus on discovering and promoting exceptional stories that entertain and create meaningful connections with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company’s vision and audience preferences.

2. Curate a diverse array of short-form drama content, ensuring a mix of genres, themes, and innovative storytelling techniques.

3. Analyze user data and trends to make informed decisions about content acquisition and development.

4. Collaborate with the marketing and analytics teams to evaluate content performance and refine selection strategies.

5. Manage content scheduling and cataloging, ensuring a steady stream of fresh and relevant content for our users.

6. Maintain high standards of content quality and authenticity, adhering to both internal guidelines and external regulatory standards.

7. Participate in negotiations and manage relationships with content providers and rights holders, if needed

8. Provide support and guidance to the content operations team, fostering a creative and productive environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media Management, Communications, or a related field.

2. At least 3-5 years of experience in content duration, preferably within a digital or media streaming environment.

3. Strong understanding of the drama genre and an excellent sense of what makes short video content successful.

4. Proven track record of managing content operations and delivering results in a fast-paced digital media environment.

5. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to inform content choices.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

7. A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the cultural nuances that drive viewer engagement in different regions.
