Key Responsibilities

Story Sourcing:

• Identify unique, inspiring, and impactful human stories that align with Humans of Bombay’s vision.
• Conduct thorough research, outreach, and interviews to create compelling narratives.
• Build a network of sources and seek out stories that resonate with the audience.

Story Writing:

• Craft emotionally engaging stories that can bring real-life experiences to the forefront.
• Adapt different storytelling styles for different platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain the authenticity and essence of each story while ensuring it is engaging and shareable.

Social Media Content Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute creative storytelling strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Brainstorm and create innovative formats to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure compelling visual storytelling.
• Optimize content based on analytics, audience insights, and trends.

Collaboration with Business & Design Teams:

• Work closely with the business team to align content with brand partnerships and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce high-impact visual content.
• Ensure timely execution of content deliverables across multiple platforms.



Ideation & Development of New IPs:

• Conceptualize and execute new intellectual properties (IP) for Humans of Bombay’s social media.
• Develop fresh content verticals that expand our storytelling reach.
