About The Role
This is not a traditional content writing role. At Contify, content sits at the intersection of the Contify product, customer insight, and competitors. Your role requires strong product thinking. You are expected to deeply understand customer problems, buying contexts, and competitive alternatives, and translate that understanding into clear, credible, and persuasive content.You will work closely with Product Marketing on go-to-market and consistently follow and reinforce Contify’s positioning and messaging across all content.This role requires a great deal of reading about the market and competitors, and regularly listening to prospect and customer call recordings to ground your writing in real buyer language and pain points. It is well-suited for someone passionate about product marketing and B2B enterprise SaaS, eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to the success of Contify’s products.

Responsibilities
- Content Creation with Product Context: Create high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, thought leadership pieces, landing pages, emails, social posts, and sales assets for mid-to-senior-level B2B decision-makers, with a strong focus on explaining product value proposition, use cases, and differentiation.
- Product & Market Knowledge: Build a deep understanding of Contify’s products, customer pain areas, target industries, competitors, and market dynamics through continuous reading, research, and regular listening to prospect and customer call recordings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and Product teams to support go-to-market initiatives, align content with buyer personas, target ICPs, and reinforce Contify’s positioning and messaging across all content.
- Messaging & Storytelling: Translate complex product capabilities and industry insights into clear, outcome-oriented narratives that help buyers understand Contify’s value, use-cases, and differentiation.
- SEO: Apply SEO best practices across content planning and execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking, while learning how content fits into broader demand generation and distribution strategies.
- Content Performance: Track content performance in partnership with the Product Marketing and SEO teams, and use engagement, pipeline, and lead-quality signals to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in brand tone, language, and messaging across all content formats.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in content writing within an enterprise B2B domain, preferably in SaaS, business information, or technology domain.
- Demonstrable interest and curiosity in the B2B domain, with a willingness to understand how businesses buy, sell, and make decisions.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an ability to craft structured, business-focused narratives focused on mid-to-senior business executives, rather than generic SEO content.
- Working knowledge of content marketing funnels, buyer personas, and lead-generation content across different stages of the buyer journey.
- Hands-on experience with SEO and content tools such as SEMrush (or equivalent), CMS platforms like WordPress, and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Mailmodo.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with designers, marketers, product teams, and sales stakeholders
