We're Hiring: Senior Consultant Solution Sales (B2B Enterprise Sales)
Locations: Gurgaon & Bangalore Industry: Commercial
Your Role: Own and grow revenue from new and existing enterprise clients Build high-impact relationships with CXOs, CHROs, TA & L&D leaders Deliver consultative, solution-based sales in HR and talent domains Work closely with cross-functional teams: Product, Delivery, Analytics, Inside Sales Offer market and competitor insights to drive solution innovation Be a thought leader in pre- and post-hiring talent strategies Build long-term client engagement plans Contribute to the companys brand presence via social media & content sharing
What You Bring: Proven experience in B2B/enterprise sales Strong track record in hunting & farming accounts Expertise in consultative and solution-based sales Confident in engaging C-suite and senior HR leaders Bonus: Experience in HR Tech, Talent Assessments, or Talent Solutions
