Preferably Kubernetes Candidate should have background in Cloud operations Candidate should have knowledge around SRE – SLA, SLO, SLI. Configuring it in observability tools. Its good to have FinOps – Cloud Cost Observability background. Candidate must have exposure to ITSM- Customer Service delivery, Incident management, On call support, Change management, etc. Candidate must have good Customer Service experience. Candidate good to have lending business related Product knowledge Candidate good have exposure to WAF IP Whitelisting Candidate should have some knowledge round DB change management. Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills. Candidate being considered at lead analyst level should have people mentoring experience. Experience 3-10 years.
