Lead Java - Agentic AI

• Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize complex backend systems using modern Java practices and frameworks.

• Hands-on experience deploying, managing, and scaling applications on AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and more.

• Practical exposure to building or integrating AI-driven autonomous workflows, using AI agents to automate decision-making and operational tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI companions and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, automation tools) to accelerate coding, documentation, problem-solving, and delivery.

• Capable of articulating technical solutions clearly, facilitating discussions, and driving alignment among internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Comfortable leading conversations with clients, understanding needs, addressing concerns, and influencing decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Skilled in preparing high-quality presentations that showcase delivery updates, risks, challenges, action items, recommendations, and the overall value delivered by the team.
