Job Description

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Java with strong OOP and design patterns.
Hands-on with enterprise frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Java EE, DropWizard).
Exposure to Agile/Lean practices, TDD, CI/CD, pairing, and automation.
RDBMS experience (MySQL/Postgres); NoSQL (MongoDB/GraphDB) a plus.
Bonus: React.js knowledge & functional programming.
Experience mentoring and leading teams; passion for clean, quality code.

Responsibilities:

Build and deliver high-quality, scalable software using microservices and DevOps practices.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams to create innovative customer experiences.
Own end-to-end delivery from ideation to deployment.
Mentor peers and guide teams in engineering best practices.
