Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing coding standards.
Participate in architecture discussions to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Job Requirements :

8-15 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation using various frameworks (e.g., Apache Microservices).
Experience working on large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders requiring strong communication skills.
