Role Overview

The Senior Client Servicing Manager – Brand & Digital at Sociapa will be responsible for owning key brand relationships end-to-end, ensuring strategic alignment, execution excellence, and measurable impact across all digital touchpoints.

This role demands brand thinking, data fluency, and leadership maturity—not just coordination.

Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Client Leadership & Relationship Ownership
  • Act as the primary SPOC for assigned brand accounts
  • Lead client communication across emails, calls, presentations, and review meetings
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with brand stakeholders
  • Proactively manage timelines, approvals, and escalations
  • Ensure structured communication (email-first; WhatsApp as support)
2️⃣ Brand & Strategic Alignment
  • Develop a deep understanding of brand vision, category, TG, and competition
  • Translate business goals into clear digital, content, and campaign briefs
  • Ensure all output aligns with brand tonality, positioning, and long-term strategy
  • Actively contribute to campaign ideation and brand planning discussions
3️⃣ Digital, Media & Performance Understanding
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Social media KPIs & platform dynamics
  • Paid media metrics (Reach, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
  • Website & Google Analytics insights (traffic, bounce, engagement)
  • Interpret reports and convert numbers into clear client-ready insights
  • Confidently present monthly reviews, campaign performance & recommendations
⚠️ This role is not for candidates who only forward reports without understanding insights.4️⃣ Internal Team Coordination
  • Work closely with:
  • Creative (design, copy, video)
  • Performance & media team
  • Influencer & ORM teams
  • Ensure clarity of briefs, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Conduct internal quality checks before client sharing
5️⃣ Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Oversee:
  • Monthly content calendars
  • Digital & integrated campaign rollouts
  • Influencer activations
  • Website & landing page coordination
  • Track campaign progress and proactively flag risks or delays
6️⃣ Reporting, Reviews & Documentation
  • Own:
  • Monthly & campaign performance decks
  • Brand review presentations
  • MOMs and action trackers
  • Ensure reporting is insight-led, not data-dumped
  • Maintain documentation discipline and audit trails
Experience & Skill RequirementsExperience
  • 5–8 years experience in:
  • Digital marketing agency
  • Brand management
  • Integrated marketing role
  • Prior experience handling FMCG / Food / Consumer / Lifestyle brands preferred
  • Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
