Job Summary : We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer – Execution Support & Coordination to streamline interdepartmental coordination and ensure the seamless execution of construction activities at our Wakad project site. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between on-site teams and internal departments like Contracts, Purchase, Billing, and Design. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the Contracts team for scope clarity, BOQ alignment, and subcontractor deliverables. Liaise with the Purchase department to track procurement schedules and ensure timely material delivery. Follow up with the Billing team on site quantity verification, contractor measurement checks, and certifications. Interface with the Design team for technical clarifications, construction drawings (GFCs), and detailing issues. Maintain documentation logs: RFIs, drawing registers, material submittals, and inter-departmental transmittals. Identify and highlight internal delays or workflow bottlenecks impacting site progress. Stay in close alignment with the site execution team to facilitate real-time issue resolution. Participate in weekly project review meetings and ensure updated inputs are available for planning and scheduling. Support the Planning function by ensuring timely communication of updates and changes from all stakeholders. Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering 5–8 years of experience in high-rise building construction within the real estate or PMC domain Strong understanding of construction workflows, interdepartmental coordination, and project documentation Proficiency in MS Excel , MS Project , and AutoCAD (basic) Familiarity with document control systems and construction reporting formats Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively resolve on-site execution issues What We Offer Competitive salary package Professional growth and learning opportunities Collaborative and structured work environment Opportunity to work on high-impact construction projects How to Apply Click Apply Now to submit your application through Indeed.
