I) About Urban Company Urban Company (erstwhile Urban Clap) is Asia’s biggest platform providing its users access to conveniently book verified and trained professionals to deliver at home services like: Repairs (Appliance Repair, Carpenter, Electrician, Plumber, etc..) Cleaning Beauty & Salon (Haircuts, Spa, Massage, etc.) Home Decor (Paining, Makeovers, Wall Panels, etc.) In addition to the above services, Urban Company also deals in Products (ROs & Smart Door Locks) under the brand name of Native - available on Urban Company app & leading online/offline marketplaces II) Core Deliverables Project Supply Requirements: Forecast the number of service partners required for upcoming business cycles based on demand trends, ensuring adequate supply to meet customer demand and drive revenue growth. Drive Partner Onboarding : Ensure the onboarding of the required number of service partners through channels such as referrals, vendor or institutional partnerships, and localized campaigns at city hotspots. Ensure Partner Enablement: Facilitate timely and successful completion of training conducted by UC Trainers at UC-owned centers and coordinate the distribution of standardized tools and kits to maintain service quality and consistency. Manage City-Level Partner Performance Metrics: Track and improve key performance indicators such as SOP adherence, customer ratings, repeat booking rates, job completion, on-time arrival, and weekly job volume to optimize city-level performance and P&L. Improve Partner Engagement: Analyze and enhance partner engagement metrics including job acceptance rate, active days, earnings, training completion, happiness score, referrals, and responsiveness to lead to increased satisfaction and retention. Lead and Manage Team: Guide and manage a team responsible for executing partner operations, fostering professional development, and ensuring delivery on business objectives. Own Outcomes with High Accountability: Take complete ownership of City Operations P&L, showing initiative and willingness to directly handle challenges when required to drive outcomes effec tively. Strong execution mindset with a “get-things-done” attitude and bias for action. Able to influence, collaborate across teams, and communicate effectively.
