Senior Category Manager

You will be joining Agricul Group, a leading AgriTech company, as a Category Manager for B2B Inside Sales in the Pesticides & Agri Inputs sector. Your role will involve expanding inside sales operations for B2B clients at a national level. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own revenue targets for the B2B pesticide category through inside sales - Manage a team of telecallers and relationship managers - Segment and prioritize leads based on volume, region, and opportunity - Develop pitch decks, price structures, and commercial offers - Address product queries, provide technical clarifications, and offer regulatory support - Close deals using digital and telecommunication channels - Collaborate effectively with dispatch, accounts, and documentation teams **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales or category management, preferably in agrochemicals - Demonstrated ability to close institutional/retail bulk deals remotely - Knowledge of pesticides, fertilizers, and product licensing - Strong communication, CRM handling, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in price discovery, technical sheets, and follow-ups - Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus If you decide to join Agricul Group, you will be part of a next-generation AgriTech company that is revolutionizing the agricultural inputs sector in India.
