This is a rare chance to own the strategy and execution that defines a category. You will be instrumental in: · Localizing the Brand (NPD): Customize product, packaging, and pricing for the Indian consumer. · Owning P&L: Direct responsibility for revenue and profitability targets . · Establishing a Brand: Build a unique identity and foster a strong connection with Gen Z/Millennial customers. Role & Responsibilities · Product Management & Strategy: Develop and execute long- and short-term product, packaging, and pricing strategies customized specifically for the Indian market.
