Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube.
• Monitor performance, manage budgets, and adjust strategies to achieve CPA and ROI goals.
• Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager.
• Build reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio, Looker, and Excel/Sheets.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaign data to drive actionable insights.
• Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media campaign management.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and media optimization.
• Proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Looker, and Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Google Ads Search/Display/Video, Meta Blueprint.
• Experience in lead generation or e-commerce performance marketing.
