We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Bakery Chef with at least 3 years of professional experience in baking and pastry preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a strong understanding of ingredients, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality baked goods. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and tarts. Follow recipes and develop new ones to introduce unique items to the menu. Ensure all baked goods are prepared on time and meet quality and presentation standards. Monitor ingredient stocks and place orders as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards. Supervise baking assistants or kitchen helpers if required. Adjust baking processes based on seasonal availability of ingredients or customer preferences. Innovate new designs and flavors to attract and retain customers. Requirements: Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or similar role for a minimum of 3 years. In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations. Creativity in decorating and designing cakes and pastries. Ability to work early morning shifts or flexible hours, including weekends. Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure. Culinary degree or certification in baking/pastry is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of international pastry trends. Hands-on experience with baking equipment and tools. Artistic skills for cake decoration and display. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
