Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with proven experience in planning, supervising, and executing commercial infrastructure and water-related projects. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing designs, managing site execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and verify technical designs, drawings, and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

2. Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.

3. Identify, evaluate, and award work to qualified vendors and contractors based on project requirements.

4. Provide technical guidance and resolve issues on-site.

5. Prepare site reports, project documentation, and paperwork as required.

6. Oversee on-site execution, waterproofing, quality control, and safety compliance for large-scale commercial projects.

7. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and landscape designers to integrate project designs and water features into commercial/resort developments.

8. Conduct site surveys and layout setting for accurate construction execution.

9. Communicate effectively with management, clients, and architects, interpreting and managing design/contract documents.

10. Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities, labor force, and subcontractor work.

11. Organize and manage plant, materials, and site facilities for efficient execution.

12. Ensure strict compliance with GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and technical specifications.

13. Evaluate and verify bills and claims prepared by contractors and subcontractors.

14. Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ), costing, and project estimates.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

· 5–10 years of experience in civil construction, commercial projects, or water infrastructure.

· Strong knowledge of structural design, quality control, and construction management.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering software.

· Hands-on experience in vendor management, cost estimation, and project execution.

· Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

· Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
